REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Unused Products:
• Refunds are available for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
2. Defective Products:
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• A replacement or full refund will be provided after verification.

Non-Refundable Products

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
• Clearance items, promotional items, or free samples are not eligible for refunds.

Process for Returns and Refunds

1. Contact our customer service team at warehouse@aestheticworldllc.com with proof of purchase and photos (if applicable).
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the product in its original condition.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
